By accessing or using the Stasis Finance Protocol ("Protocol"), website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Stasis Finance is a decentralized protocol built on Hyperliquid that provides delta-neutral yield strategies. The Protocol is governed by smart contracts deployed on the blockchain and operates in a non-custodial manner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or damage the Protocol
  • Use the Services from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited
  • Engage in market manipulation, money laundering, or terrorist financing

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with using the Protocol:

  • Smart Contract Risk: The Protocol relies on smart contracts which may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Market Risk: Digital assets are subject to high volatility and market risks
  • Regulatory Risk: The regulatory status of digital assets and DeFi protocols is uncertain
  • Technical Risk: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or attacks
  • Loss of Funds: You may lose some or all of your deposited assets

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this website or in the Protocol constitutes investment, legal, tax, or other advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Protocol is open source software. The website and associated materials are owned by Stasis Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

The Protocol operates in a decentralized manner and does not collect personal information. However, your blockchain transactions are public and permanent. Use of the website may be subject to analytics and cookies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STASIS LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASIS LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stasis Ltd., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stasis Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
